I volunteered in the flu clinic today at my kids' elementary school and it went really well. I was impressed by the organization and the process and I am really grateful that the H1N1 vaccine was made available. My Berkeley pediatric group has struggled to get adequate supplies so it was unlikely my children would get the vaccine there.

It was interesting to see the variation in the classrooms: some had only five kids getting vaccinated and some had more than half. Whatever parents decided, I'm glad that we had the opportunity to make a choice.
