    I’d have to guess –

    First guess was somewhere on 6th street, but if Union Bank is close, 2nd guess is just south of UC.

    From color of the Stucco and graphics, my guess – the UC Berkeley Medical Tang Center?

    Shadow and light would mean that was could have been taken shortly after noon, looking east (or before noon, if looking north)

    This has only been a guess. No electrons were harmed in this transmission
