New chain link fence around Berkeley High parking lot

Berkeley High teachers who roll into the parking lot next to the football field today are in for a shock: all the parking spaces are gone.

District officials set up a new chain link fence this week in the lot, eliminating dozens of spaces that teachers — and families viewing sports events — used. The handicap parking spaces remain.
