This is a partial list of recent crimes in Berkeley, compiled by Berkeleyside, and based on reports to the Berkeley Police Department unless otherwise noted. The following items represent just a sampling of calls, and times may be approximate. From July 4-10, there were 18 burglary reports26 auto break-in or theft from a vehicle reports, and nine stolen vehicle reports to the Berkeley Police Department, according to CrimeMapping.comNine robberies and 14 assaults, domestic violence incidents or batteries were reported. These numbers are subject to change. July 4, Thursday

Two vehicles were reported stolen, at 12:54 a.m. in the 2700 block of 10th Street, and at 7:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of Sacramento Street. Two home burglaries were reported, at 7 a.m. in the 1500 block of Ninth Street, and at 11:10 p.m. in the 2500 block of Durant Avenue.

Two auto burglaries were reported, at 7:30 a.m. at Garber Street and Tanglewood Road, and at 11:10 a.m. in the 1300 block of San Pablo Avenue.

A felony assault or battery was reported at 5:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of Ward Street. An arson was reported at 11:46 p.m. at California and Harmon streets.

July 5, Friday

Four auto burglaries were reported: at 1 a.m. at Channing Way and Milvia Street; at 3 a.m. in the 2700 block of Channing; at 1 p.m. in the 3100 block of College Avenue; and at 9 p.m. in the 1100 block of Hillview Road.

A robbery was reported at 2:15 a.m. at Dwight and Warring streets.

Three felony assaults or batteries were reported: at 3:50 a.m. at Milvia and Center streets; at 6 a.m. in the 2200 block of Shattuck Avenue; and at 1:24 p.m. in the 1400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way.

A felony sexual assault was reported at 6 a.m. in the 2000 block of Durant Avenue.

Two home burglaries were reported, at 9:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of Derby Street, and at 5 p.m. in the 2800 block of McGee Avenue.

Two commercial burglaries were reported, at noon in the 900 block of University Avenue, and at 5 p.m. in the 1900 block of University.

Someone reportedly brandished a weapon at 3:58 p.m. in the 1500 block of Prince Street.

Two vehicles were reported stolen, at 7 p.m. in the 800 block of Peralta Avenue, and at 8 p.m. in the 2200 block of Blake Street.

July 6, Saturday

A gun or other weapon was reported at 1:51 a.m. in the 2900 block of Telegraph Avenue.

Two vehicles were reported stolen, at 7 a.m. in the 1600 block of Prince, and at 11 p.m. in the 800 block of Regal Road.

Three auto burglaries were reported: at 7:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Tanglewood; at 11 a.m. at Fulton and Blake streets; and at 5 p.m. in the 1600 block of 10th.

Three home burglaries were reported: at 1 p.m. in the 1400 block of Alcatraz Avenue; at 3:15 p.m. in the 2400 block of Roosevelt Avenue; and at 7 p.m. in the 2900 block of Piedmont Avenue.

A gun or other weapon was reported at 6:49 p.m. at Milvia Street and Durant Avenue.

July 7, Sunday

Three auto burglaries were reported: at 1 a.m. in the 1100 block of Keith Avenue; at noon in the 2400 block of Durant Avenue; and at 2:50 p.m. in the 2300 block of Blake Street.

A vehicle was reported stolen at 11:30 a.m. in the 2100 block of Sixth Street.

A commercial burglary was reported at 1:07 p.m. in the 2400 block of Telegraph Avenue.

A gun or weapon was reported at 8:35 p.m. in the 2000 block of Ashby Avenue.

A home burglary was reported at 9 p.m. in the 2700 block of Channing Way.

July 8, Monday

Two home burglaries were reported, at 4 a.m. in the 1800 block of Ward Street, and at 10 p.m. in the 900 block of Spruce Street.

Seven burglaries or thefts from vehicles were reported: at 2 a.m. in the 1700 block of Fourth Street; at 6:45 p.m. at Shattuck and Francisco Street; at 7 p.m. in the 1000 block of Colusa Avenue; at 8:45 p.m. in the 900 block of Cragmont Avenue; at 9 p.m. in the 2200 block of Seventh Street; at 9 p.m. in the 1700 block of 10th; and at 11:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of Hearst Avenue.

Three robberies were reported: at 3 p.m. at Virginia and Edith streets; at 9:03 p.m. at Oxford and Center streets; and at 9:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Bolivar Drive.

A commercial burglary was reported at 5 p.m. in the 2500 block of San Pablo Avenue.

July 9, Tuesday

Five burglaries or thefts from vehicles were reported: at 8:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Bolivar Drive; at 6 p.m. in the 3000 block of Avalon Avenue; at 7 p.m. in the 800 block of Peralta Avenue; at 7 p.m. at an unlisted location; and at 7:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Vincente Avenue.

Three robberies were reported: at 12:41 p.m. at Shattuck and Channing; at 7:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of University; and at 9:44 p.m. in the 1700 block of Milvia.

A home burglary was reported at 3 p.m. in the 3300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way.

July 10, Wednesday

Two vehicles were reported stolen, at 8:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Park Hills Road, and at 10 p.m. in the 2600 block of Regent Street.

Three home burglaries were reported: at 3:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of Regent; at 5:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Channing; and at 9 p.m. in the 2100 block of University.

Two thefts or burglaries from vehicles were reported, at 3:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Blake Street, and at 8:15 p.m. at Virginia Street and Kains Avenue.

Two robberies were reported, at 7:45 p.m. in the 2500 block of Shattuck, and at 10:06 p.m. in the 2600 block of Regent.
