Trekcho and Togal with Keith Dowman

The main Dzogchen practice is taught as Trekcho and again under the Togal rubric.  "Dzogchen theory" like "graduated Dzogchen" is an oxymoron, so we will investigate these different approaches as view and non-meditation.

Only dedicated Dzogchen yoginis and yogis please.
