As of the 4:16 p.m. update from PG&E, nearly 7,400 people are without power in the eastern part of the city from about Bancroft Way south past Alcatraz Avenue.
The PG&E outage map at 10:05 p.m. showed power had been restored to the 3,006 customers without power earlier in the evening.
